A large number of our domestic customers have work done as part of other building work being done at their home. We often act as Principal Contractor, where we design, manage and cost the full works for them, organising each trade required to turn  their dream into reality and deliver a beautiful home that beats their expectations. All design is done and agreed prior to works commencing, and we also deal with all of the authorities to comply with Building Regulations at the required stages, to simplify the project.

For many industrial clients, the project involves facility modifications, refit or complete construction. We can act as Principal Contractor, running the site under CDM Regulations, completing the F10 and organising site interactions, inductions, checking RAMS and insurances, co-ordinating works and delivering a high quality, safe project to meet your needs.
